But the Academy was never meant to be just for one roster, one team, or one organization.
It’s about creating more opportunities for baseball players across Eastern Idaho.

Because growing the game locally helps everybody.

Premier Level Instructors
Coach Braxton Herrick
2X State Champion High School Coach, current Varsity assistant at Bonneville High School. Braxton has extensive coaching experience and a proven track record of developing baseball players.
Primary Specialty: Hitting & Offensive Mindset
Coach Joldy Watts
Former professional pitcher in the Texas Rangers Organization and Utah Valley University Pitching Coach. Joldy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in pitching and arm care.
Primary Specialty: Pitching guru
Coach Ryan Alexander
2X American Legion World Series Champion coach, 3X High School State Champion coach. Ryan is one of the most accomplished baseball coaches in the state of Idaho. Developing players at high levels is what he does.
Primary Specialty: Everything baseball
Coach Mauricio Ramos
Former professional infielder for the Kansas City Royals Organization. Mauricio (Mau) has done it all. His experience playing on the world stage in the World Baseball Classic gives him the unique ability to help players perform their best on the biggest stages.

Academy Level Instructors
Coach Dayton Robison
Dayton had a great playing career at Bonneville High School and is the current JV and American Legion Pitching Coach there. Dayton has great experience in teaching proper pitching mechanics and arm care techniques.

Grayson Martin
Current SLCC middle infielder and 2025 Idaho State Champion. Grayson's glove and bat are unique and impressive. Grayson knows what it takes to compete at your highest level.

Colton Spagnuolo
Current pitcher at TVCC and 2025 Idaho State Champion. Colt specializes in pitching mindset and mechanics while also understanding how to command the bat with a solid approach at the plate.

Gavin Hernandez
Current Catcher at TVCC and 2025 Idaho State Champion. Gavin knows the work required to become an elite level catcher and can help your catcher become to one every pitcher wants behind the dish.
Primary Specialty: catching
