At Bandits Baseball Academy, our goal is not to build one great team. Our goal is to build great ballplayers.
 

Every player is evaluated through the Bandits Blueprint over the course of the evaluation period—We consider athletic ability, baseball skills, coachability, character, competitiveness, work ethic, and long-term potential.
 

When possible, we form multiple teams within each age division so more players can experience high-level coaching while training under one unified Academy system. Every Bandits player receives the same developmental philosophy, coaching standards, and opportunity to improve.
 

Team placement is simply where we believe each player has the greatest opportunity to develop, contribute, and succeed. One standard, one Academy.
