CATCHING LAB
Happening each Tuesday & Thursday this June 2, 4, 9, 11. The Catching Lab is Eastern Idaho's most specialized training environment for backstops. With primary instructors from NNU, TVCC and Utah State Eastern, we focus deep on the technical mastery of receiving, blocking, and throwing, utilizing real drills for high-level skill development.

HITTING LAB
Elevate your offensive game with diving deep into the art of hitting. This is designed to be high-rep volume training environment that focuses on barrel accuracy and hitting mechanics. PITCHING LAB
Elite arm development starts here. Our Pitching Lab combines knowledgable arm-care instruction with proven velocity programs to build dominant, healthy arms. We focus on movement efficiency, explosive power, and precision strikes. Lead instructor Colton Spagnuolo from TVCC helps develop proper mechanics to dominate. Dates/times TBD.

INFIELD LAB
Defensive mastery starts with elite footwork and advanced hands. Our Infield Lab is a specialized environment where infielders sharpen their lateral agility, glove work, and game-time decision making. SLCC second baseman Greyson Martin leads this advanced infield session. Dates/times TBD.
